So, here I am, in front of my cool Sony Vaio, typing random things out.
My room is a mess, an apt reflection of my life. Books and papers all over the place... haven't seen the table top for quite a while, save for this little patch near the edge, for me to do work. I think there's even moulding bread somewhere. I shall dig it out and dispose of it. NOW.
Listening to Blue Note Revisited, a collection of some of the finest electro-jazz from Blue Note. Beautiful sounds I'm hearing I must say.
Waiting for 11:45, where I will adjourn to Uni to meet the rest of the OCFers for ICE SKATING!!! Don't really think its a good time for that... its not cold anymore!! Its getting warm, maybe thats why there hasn't been much of a good response. But it will be a good time nonetheless.. I hope..
Must really try to do something flashy with this blog... like adding a tag board or putting in photos...
Will blog again later if I have the strength.. Till next time...

Hmmm, at lost for words again. Just don't know what to say. Nothing much to report on what's happening, except for what's happening in ministry, but don't reckon anyone is keen on reading that.
Kinda miss home. People rather. Family members in Indonesia and Singapore, and also friends who have become part of my family.

Glad that the week is over, not that it has been a tough one, but just glad that the weekends are here =)
Multicultural Week has been a success, thanks, of course to God's grace, and also the willing hands of the OCFers. Dance Night also went smoothly, with 1 salvation and 14 re-committments. I'm glad that the efforts of all those who prayed and served were not in vain.
In the end, God's honour hasn't been disgraced because of my tardiness. *phew*

Learnt an important lesson today.
To be able to study is a privilege.
Yes, while I admit how much of a chore that can be, an education is a privilege. Imagine the number of people around the world who are unable to read or write, and how much they would give just to be able to do that. More so an education in the university. I guess I have taken in for granted.

hmmm... haven't blogged in quite a while...
oh... just noticed this rainbow outside my window... its like so clear.. the colours can be clearly seen and differentiated...its placed admist a huge body of cloud..hmmm.. impromptu lesson learnt: admist life's difficulties and uncertainties, God's promises still endures... wish I could have taken this picture down, but, too bad camera is out of battery..
Anyway, just thought I pen down things that happened over the past few days.
31st Aug
hmm.. let's see, I was cramming for 2 tests that happened today. Also went for the last discipleship course. It was interesting.. and scary... cuz Ps Nick brought in 4 friends of his who had a prophetic gifting on their lives.
(Ok better explain myself more clearly before anyone of you reading this freaks out and start thinking "Handy's gone pyscho!!")
The gift of prophecy or rather, the ability to speak accurately in another person's life whom the "prophet" does not know, is for the comfort, encouragement and sometimes rebuke of the individual. Hence, its not the ability to predict toto numbers, or for profit at the races.
Now that I've myself clear, the word given to me was that I was an encourager (which is true to a certain extent) and that I would write books which would encourage people (hmmmm....).

Alfred's 21st!!! Went to Peter's place to celebrate. Saw different sides to some of the OCFers..
